You should never have more than one x-default entry on a page since that sends a confusing message to search engines.

And so, you’ll want to ensure that there is only one x-default entry per page.

How to Delete Multiple Defaults

Multiple defaults can be deleted from your site. However, you may not have direct access to this part of your CMS. You may have to put a ticket in the dev queue.
